The Great Smokey Mountains

Boasting as the most visited State Park in the USA, The Great Smokey Mountains is a giant amount of beautiful. All of the pictures below are from our first day trip to the mountains, we hiked from sun up to sun down through just a sliver of the park. Starting off with a 9am hour-long horseback ride, moving to a quick trip to a waterfall, a long hike down the mountain and back up again and finally finishing off with a last trek up to the bluffs.  I decided to construct this blog in a more visual way simply because I found this to be the best method to represent how much I enjoyed this trip. Would I return to The Great Smokey Mountains? In a heartbeat.
